HSE approved First Aid Courses are normally run at client's own premises to keep costs down or a local venue can be sourced. We may also be able to run courses directly from a construction site depending on the site layout and facilities available.
Training is delivered by our experienced Nuco instructor in a friendly, fun and easy to learn environment. All candidates are assessed by an independant external Nuco assessor.
HSE Approved Emergency First Aid at Work
Widely recognised and designed to equip candidates with the essential knowledge, confidence and practical skills to render first aid in emergencies. This is by far the most popular course as it covers the "Appointed Person" Emergency First Aid at Work.
Course covers introduction and basics, unconsciousness, CPR, Heart Attacks, Bleeding, Shock, Choking, Accident Reporting, Contents of First Aid boxes, Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Burns, Poisoning, Anaphylaxis and Head Injuries.

HSE Approved First Aid at Work - Full Course
A three day course designed in a way to comply with all legal aspects under the Health and Safety at Work act 1974 and satisfies the requirement for "first aider at work". Candidates are individually assessed by independent Nuco assessors and the qualification is valid for three years.
Course covers all Emergency First Aid core contents plus broken bones, legislation, Riddor, food poisoning, revision, role play and exams.
Course Duration : 3 days; Maximum of 12 delegates per course
HSE Approved First Aid at Work Refresher
A two day course for those who have already completed the three day First Aid at Work course and wish to renew their qualification. The course is a condensed version of the First Aid at Work course to bring students up to date with latest best practices.
Course Duration : 2 days; Maximum of 12 delegates per course
HSE Approved First Aid for Child Care
Specifically designed to meet OFSTED requirements for nurseries and schools.
Course covers all the Emergency First Aid at Work core contents plus sickle cell disease, head injuries and policy, meningitis, first aid tailored for employees in child care.
Course Duration : 2 days; Maximum of 12 delegates per course.
