THC Services Ltd were appointed to carry out a combined Asbestos Survey and Fire Risk Assessment at a Citizens Advice Bureau in Twickenham, Middlesex, TW1.

The asbestos survey did not identify any asbestos materials and the fire risk assessment identified only minor issues which will easily be resolved.

A Management Asbestos Survey is required on all non-domestic buildings in order to protect employees, visitors and contractors from potential exposure to asbestos fibres.  Fire Risk Assessments are required for all companies with more than five employees.
