Material checks

Textured coatings, old floor tiles, cement sheets, soffits, boards and other suspect materials can be sampled and checked before they are disturbed.

Refurbishment

For homeowners, landlords, self-builders and smaller property projects where asbestos needs confirming before stripping out, repair work or alterations continue.

Clear Results

Samples are sent for UKAS-accredited laboratory analysis, so you have a clear result showing whether asbestos was detected in the material tested.
